Edson 1 gallon per stroke (the big one) bronze diaphragm type pump permanently

Sink drain has a hand operated pump to prevent water coming into boat when she

forward of the deck house. Stove comes with a bronze griddle (“way cool”).
Soapstone wood/coal burning stove is located in the galley area and keeps Alyria warm and dry when needed. Tall stack is great at anchor and stows when sailing.

3 Heavy gauge stainless tanks with baffles totaling 100 gals fresh water. Tanks each have separate valves and can be emptied one at a time or in any combination and are plumbed to galley sink with hand pump. They are located aft where an engine would normally be.
The head is hidden under a seat in the forward cabin (to starboard) and is simply a built in bucket (has never spilled since it’s built in and has a sealed lid). It has a wooden toilet seat over the top of the bucket which is hidden by the mahogany bench seat when not in use. It is comfortable to use. The through hull backing blocks for a modern toilet are already installed if a change is desired. There is room for a holding tank in the cabinet outboard of the head.
